December 15, 2010
6:30-8:30 p.m.

Allen Avenue Unitarian Universalist Church
524 Allen Avenue
Portland, ME 04103

Economic challenges? Join the Club! These times have left people isolated, vulnerable and afraid.  In response, congregations and communities across the land are forming Resilience Circles to help their members find connection, the information they need and avenues to a new kind of security, one based on mutual aid and support, and working together for a new economy that serves everyone.  Learn more about it at this introductory session – we’ll be starting a Resilience Circle at A2U2 in January.

Led by Rev. Myke Johnson and Trudy McNulty.

For more information, read Rev. Myke’s sermon “Courage & Common Security” at https://www.a2u2.org/pictures/pdfs/sermon_20101114_courageandcommonsecurity.pdf

Please register if you are interested in attending, by emailing revmyke@a2u2.org, by Monday Dec 13.
